RISTORANTE IL DUCALI, a popular Italian restaurant in No. Woburn center a 920 Main St., will soon become Churrascaria Rodeo, a Brazilian steakhouse. Manager Sebastian Santos of Needham says there will be "a change of menu and presentation of food." The 1,850 square foot restaurant has a full liquor license for its 110-seat emporium.
NEW FEES FOR APPLIANCE DISPOSAL - As announced during budget hearings earlier this month, the city is instituting a new $15 fee for the disposal of bulk medal appliances (washers, dryers, stoves, etc.) effective July 1. There will be a $30 fee for Freon bearing appliances and TVs or monitors with cathode ray tubes. The fee, officials said, is in line with many other cities and towns. With no fee, Woburn officials felt they were getting more than its share of such items.
