Q When I lived in the Berryessa area, I had a certified arborist come out to cut the branches off a neighbor's tree that hung over into my yard.
When he was done, he came in and got me and took me out to explain why he had not taken all the branches in my yard down. It would have left the tree too heavy on the neighbor's side and in danger of falling down into their house with time or in case of bad weather.
