College Loan Rates Going Up

(MOBILE, Ala.) June 28 -- Amy Little has taken the steps to succeed in life. She has a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree. The recent college grad has, also, just landed a lucrative job in Marketing. She has paid alot of dues. Unfortunately, it might take years for it to pay off. Student loans put the former University of South Alabama student in the hole. She owes $50,000. After interest, she will have paid $100,000. "I will be living modestly. No more going out, maybe a vacation to, oh, I don't know, Montgomery. Somewhere I can walk to pretend I'm at the beach", laughs Little. Little keeps a light-hearted attitude to deal with the shocking reality. But, her situation could have been worse. She reconsolidated her student loans before college loan interest rates increased. You only have a few days left to reconsolidate under the existing rates.
